Look -- I get it. We feel the compassionate need to develop a group to protect rights of living organisms -- whatever, I get it. Sure, it's a good idea to rally people into a group to be against unethical treatment to things like, a pet dog/cat/horse/etc -- I get it. I'm a dog lover, not a cat fan, understand how people can have a bond with their pet -- I get it.
However, I DO not get how someone with sharp, canine teeth can decide to not eat meat. I DO not get how this animal rights group decides to act like a bunch of fucking snobs to those that eat meat.
I love steak. In fact, if I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, I totally would. I even like cheap steak. If you don't eat meat, then don't eat meat. Don't try to convince me to be a fucking bunny-like leaf eater.
